Understanding the Authentication Code

After providing a username and password and in order to complete secure log-in, users are required to enter a code as a part of a 'two-factor authentication' process. This authentication code may be generated by following these steps:

Click the blue hyper-link ‘Click here to generate an authentication code’.
Enter the 6-digit code (located in the pop up window on the right hand side of the screen) into the authentication code field
Click ‘Validate Code’

If the a 6-digit code does not appear after clicking ‘Click here to generate an authentication code’, please follow these steps:

Click ‘Add account’
Enter your username within the ‘Account name’ field
Enter the 16 alphanumeric Secret key within the ‘Secret Key’ field

Please note:

The 6-digit code will re-generate within 30 seconds, ensure you enter it before it re-generates.

If you do not have the 16-digit secret key, please send a message to the support team.

All letters in the 'Secret Key' are upper case.
