The Rego Notifier will allow a pop-up in the bottom right hand corner of the PC when referrals are awaiting in the requiring action tab.

Please note: Should the link not download the notifier, it i most likely due to administrator access on the PC. If you can have the administrator login, and then attempt to download, that should resolve any issues.
