Locating a Referral

Once logged into Rego, users may browse the Tabs or use the Search field to locate/ find a referral that has been either saved or sent. Further information is provided below:

Locate a referral via the Tabs:

  • Browse each Tab (sent referrals may progress through the various Tabs based on the status. For example, from ‘Pending’ to ‘Requiring action’ or ‘Actioned’ and ‘Discharged’)
  • Check the ‘Saved’ Tab (in case the referral was saved rather than sent)
  • Click on each column title to sort referrals in ascending or descending order
  • Browse each page use the arrows on the bottom right on the screen (there may be multiple pages in each Tab)

Locate a referral via the Search field:

Enter either of the following into the search field located at the top left hand side of the screen on any Tab:

  • First name
  • Surname
  • DOB
  • Unique Reference Number (URN)
