Users may access the change password function after login with existing details and by following these steps:
Password changes on the referral account (as opposed to provider account) will be effective across the entire practice. Please notify all users within the practice upon a change of password. The change will not affect the username or ‘Secret Key.’
A password must contain at least 1 of each of the following:
Once a new password has been created, users will be logged out immediately and required to login with the new details.
