Change Password Function

Users may access the change password function after logging with existing details and by following these steps:

  • Click ‘Change Password’ (located on the top right hand corner of the home screen)
  • Enter both the existing (‘Old password’) and ‘New Password’ in the fields provided.
  • Enter the new password in ‘Confirm New Password’
  • Click ‘Ok’ 
Please note:

Password changes on the referral account (as opposed to provider account) will be effective across the entire practice. Please notify all users within the practice upon a change of password. The change will not affect the username or ‘Secret Key.’ 

A password must contain at least 1 of each of the following:

  • 1 capital letter
  • 1 lowercase letter
  • 1 number
  • 1 special character (!/?/*)

Once a new password has been created, users will be logged out immediately and required to login with the new details.
