The purple ‘Next’ button located at the bottom right, appears after ALL mandatory fields has been completed in the medical history and patient modifying factors section. It will also appear once completing each reason for referral and allow users to progress through to the next section. If the ‘Next’ button does not appear please check the following:
Most fields have a ‘placeholder’ in a light grey text that normally provide instructions i.e. ‘Please advise ALL reason/s for extraction’ and it is important that any answer is selected from the drop-down field.
Free text fields are not mandatory to complete.
Once users proceed to the patient choice section, the ‘Next’ button will be replaced by a ‘Send’ button when ALL mandatory fields have been completed/information provided.
